Morning Parfait

That's the problem with eggs for breakfast...as tasty as they can be, they just never keep me going for very long. I guess that's why I've always preferred saving them for the weekends when I get up later and lunch isn't too far off...:)

I made a refreshing mid-morning snack of a cup of plain fat-free yogurt, mixed with half of a partially mashed banana (super ripe!), and topped it with the other 1/2 of the banana and a handful of walnuts. My stomach is nice and happy, and I'm good to go through my run and lunch. :)
