This is kind of a shorter day's recap just because my breakfast and lunch were already posted, but I'll continue with it anyways...:)
3:30---I just got back from a run, not feeling overly hungry, but wanting something cool and refreshing. Kashi Heart to Heart came to save the day! :) I had 3/4 cup of it along with 1/2 cup of milk, which hit the spot perfectly.
7:00---The typical late Thursday supper came along, and in an attempt to get something quick and easy on the table, I made myself a Black Bean Chipotle Gardenburger with a slice of cheese, a tomato slice, some lettuce, and ketchup...all on top of a whole wheat square bagel. I wasn't going to have a salad since it was my main lunch course, but since I was making one for the family anyways, I decided to make myself a small one as well. :)
8:00---I munched on a handful of grapes, because they're too juicy and sweet to resist. :) Unfourtanetly they didn't make it long enough to get their picture taken...;)
