What was meant to be a light snack, turned into a mini-meal. I had some frozen strawberries that I didn't want to go bad, so I tossed them in the blender with a container of fat-free strawberry yogurt (stoneyfield), 1 cup of milk, and 1 T. sugar.
This could definately use some tweaking, in that I didn't really have enough fruit in there to make a "wow" flavor, but it was nice and thick and cold. And, not to mention, very filling. I'll be good to go through grocery shopping, which means less temptation to buy things I don't need! :)
Now I have to get back to work...
